‘Join the winning team’ is a campaign used to drive qualified technicians to join DAF Trucks UK. As DAF is the 25-year market leader, we wanted to compare working at DAF to being on the winning football team – hence the campaign slogan!

The campaign included:

• New website landing pages (HERE)
• Revamped vacancies page
• Two series of videos (MAIN VIDEO)
• Real DAF technicians acting as ambassadors
• 3rd Party Jobsite inclusion
• Google Search Ads

The campaign is all about maximum reach and engagement across the target audience, which in this instance is qualified technicians. The campaign produced some very successful results across social media;

• 56k people reached
• 42k video views
• 5k interactions (likes, comments, shares)

And most importantly, the campaign delivered over 1,500 job applications.
