My Pharmacy launched its new eCommerce site in May 2018, selling pharmaceutical products online from an approved NHS pharmacist based in the UK. We began working with My Pharmacy by managing a monthly Google Ads budget of £1000 per month. The online pharmaceutical arena is very competitive, but due to the month-on-month success of the campaigns we created, the company is now getting a profitable return and has increased its monthly advertising budget to over £8,000.


Working with My Pharmacy we:

  • Define and track keywords, manage monthly spend to ensure maximum profitability
  • Design creative, including engaging search ads, and eye-catching display ads
  • Make User Experience updates to the website based on real Google Analytics data to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction


Working in this way we have achieved:

  • 95% of website traffic delivered through our search ads
  • A industry high click through rate of over 9% and an average conversion rate of  2%
  • Month-on-month increase of 50% in online sales
